We have designed the Airspace Resilience & Commercial Handoff Roadmap (ARCHR) to be a multi-phased roadmap detailing the functional, legislative, and financial steps required to transition the National Airspace System (NAS) from the unstable appropriations model to the self-sustaining, three-tiered National Aviation Modernization Fund (NAMF) Framework.
